    If you’re in The Dalles , start your morning off right with a visit in to Kainos Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee. Right away you will notice a fun, colorful space with geometric patterned walls accented with lots of indoor plants. On one side of the coffee shop is a row of tables and chairs, perfect for working remotely. The opposite side has a comfortable sofa and a fun coffee cup mural.     The Koosah and Sahalie Falls hiking trail is more like a relaxing walk than a hike. Consequently, it’s great for all skill levels. The McKenzie river is a 90-mile tributary of the Willamette River and runs through old growth forest, waterfalls, and brilliant blue pools of water. The McKenzie River Recreation Trail is a 24 mile trail used by hikers and mountain bikers that runs along the McKenzie River. One of the most popular section includes Koosah and Sahalie Falls.
